What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the use of pure essential oils and aromatic products to influence the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

Aromatherapy has been studied to affect our mood, emotions, and memory by influencing the limbic part of the brain. They also affect us on a cellular level and have been used in many spiritual practices.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a space where you can slow down & meaningful steps toward a life that feels more aligned. It helps you clarify what matters, notice what’s holding you back, and build habits that support your well-being.

Each session meets you where you are. We explore your goals and work together to create space for more clarity, confidence, and calm.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of slowing down and focusing our awareness on the present moment.

According to Jon Kabat Zinn, Father of Mindfulness in the West, it is the "awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally." Meditation and yoga asanas are part of mindfulness practices.
